  • Property Data (Non-Personal): The extension reads property data strictly from the real estate websites you visit (like Zillow) to perform Cash Flow, ROI, and Cap Rate calculations.
  • Account Information: If you purchase a Pro license, we collect your email address solely for license authentication and activation. We do NOT collect or store your credit card information (payments are securely processed by Stripe).

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used strictly for the Single Purpose of the extension:

  • To perform real estate financial calculations and display them on your screen.
  • To verify your Pro license status.

3. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

PropertyAnalyzer Pro complies fully with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not transfer your data to third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide the extension's core features (e.g., authenticating your license via secure servers).
  • We do not collect user data for creditworthiness or lending purposes.

4. Data Security & Storage

All communications between the extension and our servers (for license checking) are encrypted using standard HTTPS/TLS. We do not store your browsing history. The real estate calculations are primarily performed locally on your device or via our secure API without retaining personally identifiable information tied to the property searched.

By using PropertyAnalyzer Pro, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You can revoke this consent at any time by uninstalling the extension from your Chrome browser.
